Dubai’s fine dining scene just reached a new milestone — with two restaurants awarded the prestigious three Michelin stars for the first time in the city’s history.
At a dazzling ceremony at Address Skyview, FZN by Bjorn Frantzen and Trèsind Studio received the top Michelin honour. The crowd gave both teams standing ovations, and emotions ran high as Dubai solidified its place on the global culinary map.
Trèsind Studio, led by Chef Himanshu Sahni, became the first Indian restaurant in the world to earn three Michelin stars. Chef Sahni celebrated the moment with jubilant air punches, while Chef Bjorn Frantzen, who also holds three stars in Stockholm and Singapore, called the recognition in Dubai “unreal.”
