Dubai records over 123,000 property sales in 2025

Dubai’s property market has continued its record-breaking momentum, surpassing 123,000 residential unit sales since the start of the year, according to the Dubai Land Department. With Q3 alone tracking over AED 91 billion in transactions and one week still left in the quarter, the surge reflects sustained investor confidence and the emirate’s growing appeal as a global real estate hub.

Developers are responding to soaring demand by expanding portfolios and launching lifestyle-driven, design-conscious projects. QUBE Development, with its AED 4.4 billion portfolio, is at the forefront, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and retail assets.

Following a historic AED 184.3 billion in Q2 sales — a 49% YoY increase — Dubai’s luxury real estate segment has seen strong demand. QUBE recently unveiled its flagship project, ELIRE Managed By LUX* in Business Bay, in collaboration with The Lux Collective. The branded residence will combine high-end living with hospitality-level services, including residence concierges, valets, in-home catering, childcare, and bespoke options such as private chef dining and personal shopping. For frequent travellers, ELIRE also offers a “While You Are Away” maintenance package, providing residents peace of mind.

“At QUBE, our projects are designed to redefine luxury living through thoughtful design and high-value service,” said Hala Adra, Project Director at QUBE Development. “ELIRE combines luxury residential living with personalised amenities and long-term value, setting a new benchmark for exclusive communities in Dubai.”

Beyond ELIRE, QUBE’s Cubix Residences and Arisha Terraces are also redefining living standards with wellness-led features such as rooftop gardens and health-focused amenities, catering to Dubai’s evolving demand for high-quality, design-led homes.
