On May 26th, the UK Trade Envoy, Lord John Hannett, arrived in Colombo for his first official visit since his appointment in January. The visit began with an introductory meeting with Deputy Minister of Industrial and Entrepreneurship Development, Chathuranga Abeysinghe. This meeting marks the start of several upcoming engagements aimed at strengthening the UK–Sri Lanka trade partnership.
