During his time at Cambridge, he demonstrated early leadership by founding and supporting several charitable initiatives, including CONTACT and Medic to Medic. Notably, he became the first undergraduate invited to lecture medical students—an early sign of his exceptional capabilities.

He later pursued clinical medicine at Green Templeton College, Oxford, where he founded the United Kingdom Medical Students’ Association (UKMSA), further showcasing his commitment to improving healthcare systems.
