Leschenault, in the Shire of Harvey, and Broadwater, a suburb of Busselton, both had limited properties available – fewer than 15.
Property Credit chief executive Giordano Stepancic said suburbs along the WA coastline were particularly appealing for those looking to downsize.
He said this was because people moving to the listed suburbs could enjoy both the tranquillity of the beach and a vibrant community atmosphere without compromising on cost.
