Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, where both leaders engaged in discussions aimed at strengthening longstanding ties between their nations.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation across key sectors aligned with mutual development goals, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to advancing economic growth and prosperity for their citizens.

In addition to bilateral relations, the two leaders reviewed recent developments across the region, expressing concern over their potential impact on both regional and global security.
President El-Sisi reiterated Egypt’s strong stance against attacks targeting civilians and critical infrastructure in the UAE, condemning such actions and voicing full support for measures taken to protect the country’s sovereignty and safety.
High-Level Participation
The discussions were attended by several senior UAE officials, including Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, alongside other ministers and advisors.
The Egyptian delegation included key government figures such as Badr Abdelatty and other senior officials.
Military Readiness Reviewed
As part of the visit, both leaders also toured an Egyptian air force unit deployed in the UAE. The visit provided an opportunity to assess operational preparedness and ongoing efforts to enhance defence capabilities in response to evolving challenges.
