Danish jewellery maker Pandora announced on Tuesday the launch of a new distribution centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, aimed at reducing the company’s exposure to U.S. import tariffs.
The facility will handle Canadian online orders directly, a process previously routed through U.S.-based distribution centres. By avoiding U.S. customs, Pandora expects faster delivery times for Canadian customers and reduced tariff-related costs.
Known globally for its charm bracelets, Pandora manufactures all its jewellery at two factories in Thailand. The brand has faced challenges following increased U.S. import tariffs, which it estimates could reduce its operating margin by approximately 1.5 percentage points in 2026.
Canada represents one of Pandora’s fastest-growing markets. Operated by GXO Logistics, the new distribution centre is expected to improve supply chain efficiency and accelerate order fulfillment across the country.
