Preparations for the Sinhala and Tamil New Year are already underway in as the Sri Lankan community gears up for one of the season’s first cultural celebrations.
Rehearsals are currently taking place for Melbourne Awurudu, organized by . The celebration is scheduled to take place on March 14 and will highlight traditional Sri Lankan culture through a variety of performances and activities.
