BYD, together with its authorised Sri Lankan distributor John Keells CG Auto, has achieved a major milestone by reaching 10,000 vehicle deliveries at its largest delivery centre located in Thudalla.
The facility is capable of handling up to 100 vehicle deliveries per day, highlighting BYD’s expanding footprint in Sri Lanka and its continued efforts to improve customer accessibility and service efficiency.
The milestone event was attended by Charith Panditharatne, Chief Executive Officer of John Keells CG Auto, along with senior management representatives from JKCG and BYD customers, who gathered to commemorate the achievement.
The development reflects the brand’s steady growth in the local electric vehicle market and its strengthening partnership within Sri Lanka’s automotive sector.
