New dates announced for Airport Show 2026 in October

Dubai’s Airport Show 2026 has been rescheduled from May to October to give the aviation industry more certainty and flexibility in planning. Originally set for May 12–14, the event will now take place from October 12–14 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The revised dates also apply to co-located events such as the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum and the Women in Aviation Middle East Conference.

Focus on Participation and Planning
Organisers emphasized that the change was designed to encourage maximum engagement across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) aviation community at a time when travel schedules remain sensitive. May Ismail, Exhibition Manager of Airport Show, noted that the platform has long been crucial for connecting airport operators, suppliers, and industry leaders, fostering collaboration and growth in the sector.

She added that the new timing allows participants to plan their attendance with greater confidence. “The safety and well-being of our customers, partners, and colleagues remains our top priority. Rescheduling Airport Show 2026 later in the year ensures everyone can participate safely and with planning flexibility,” she said.

Now in its 25th edition, Airport Show has become a central hub for discussions on airport infrastructure, technology, operational efficiency, and sustainability. The 2026 edition will continue to highlight innovation, safety, and environmental performance across airport operations, reflecting how global aviation hubs are responding to rising passenger demand and evolving regulations.
