Three-Day Dubai Property Show Opens in Hubballi

The Dubai Property Show is being held in Hubballi for the first time, offering investors and homebuyers from North Karnataka a unique opportunity to explore premium real estate investment options in Dubai.

Addressing the media in Hubballi on Thursday, Shaikh Sameer of Amniyat Real Estate said the three-day event will begin today (Friday) at the Oasis Suites Hotel on Airport Road, Hubballi, and continue over the weekend.

He explained that the property show aims to showcase Dubai’s rapidly growing real estate sector and provide direct access to high-end residential and commercial projects for Indian investors.

“Amniyat Realty is associated with leading Dubai-based developers including DAMAC Properties, Rabdan Development, Bin Ghati, Vincitore and AZIZI,” he said, noting that visitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with industry experts and explore investment options tailored to different budgets.

The inaugural event will be attended by V.S.V. Prasad, Managing Director of Swarnaa Group of Companies, as the chief guest, while Shakeel Ahmed Siddique, Chairman of Amniyat Realty FZC, UAE, will preside over the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Siddique highlighted the advantages of investing in Dubai, citing factors such as investor-friendly regulations, strong returns, world-class infrastructure and long-term growth prospects.

Also present at the press briefing were Haleh Kaghazchi, Co-founder and CEO of Amniyat Realty, and Avinash Chaudhary, Managing Director.
