During discussions with the Association of Licensed Foreign Employment Agencies, the Minister stressed the importance of garnering input from all stakeholders to develop comprehensive proposals. The aim is to entirely eliminate the practice of Sri Lankan women migrating overseas for domestic work within the next decade and create avenues for them to pursue employment in skilled domains instead.
