The discussions focused on expanding economic cooperation, with both leaders highlighting opportunities to enhance investment flows and boost trade ties in ways that support sustainable development in both nations.
Regional and international developments were also reviewed, with particular attention given to the situation in Gaza. The two presidents stressed the urgency of intensifying efforts to secure a ceasefire, ensure the delivery of humanitarian assistance to civilians, and advance a just and lasting peace based on a two-state solution.
