The sellers are Stefan Widensohler, a healthcare entrepreneur and investor, and his wife, Heidi Widensohler, The Wall Street Journal reported.
And the buyer will need deep pockets – it’s priced at $US40 million.

Royal Island in the Bahamas spans 174 hectares and comes with five one-bedroom beachfront villas, plus a welcome centre with a spa and gym, a restaurant building, and a guest house.
There’s approval to create a marina and golf course for a buyer keen to develop the island further.
This slice of private paradise will set you back $US45 million.
