Taylor Swift fans plan bathroom breaks to ensure they don’t miss second of Eras Tour

[ad_1]

Taylor Swift fans are taking their love for the superstar to a whole new level by trying to plan in advance exactly when they’ll be making a trip to the bathroom.

Swift kicked of her first Australian show at Melbourne’s MCG on Friday night in front of a staggering 96,000 concert goers, and diehard fans are making sure every situation is planned for.

One Swiftie took to social media to ask fellow Taylor fans when they plan to take a bathroom break in preparation for the highly anticipated event.

“When are ya’ll planning to take your bathroom break,” she posted to Facebook.

Tay Tay fans were quick to offer their advice, with some suggesting they’d rather not go at all if it means missing a second of the sell out show.

“Been training for the three and a half hours without a break. If Taylor can do it, I can,” one fan said.

“Didn’t go once … I was definitely a little dehydrated but worth it,” another commented.

However others said the 10 minute single “All Too Well” is the “perfect” time to join the bathroom queues.

A commenter said they plan to head to the loo towards the end of opening act Sabrina Carpenter’s set.

One social media user shared her own concert day game plan.

“Drink heaps all day. Pee twice before you go in. Sip water for the performance,” she told other fans.

But some Swifties appear to be willing to go to extreme lengths to savour every minute of the international pop stars tour, suggesting an adult nappy might just be the answer to any toilet troubles.

“Wear a nappy,” one dedicated fan said.

Other long-time fans of the star revealed they won’t need to plan for the emergency of needing to go to the bathroom mid show.

“Being a horse event photographer prepared me for this, I can do a solid 10 hours (plus) without the bathroom so (Taylor Swift) will be a breeze,” she said.

“I’m a teacher. I can go six hours without a bathroom break.,” another said.

However others offered perhaps more sensible advice, suggesting fans “just go when you need to”.

“Put your body first,” a commenter said.

Thousands of diehard fans are expected flock to the MCG on Saturday and Sunday as the Melbourne leg the tour continues. Swift will perform four shows at Sydney’s Accor Stadium next week.
