It’s officially NFL season in the US, which to millions of the sport’s newest fans is exciting for only one reason: Taylor Swift-spotting.
We’re off to a flying start, with the pop star sensationally attending the Chiefs’ first game in a truly head-turning look to kick off the season.
Swift, 34, was seen arriving at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium to support her boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce, whose Super Bowl winning team is going up against the Baltimore Ravens Thursday, local time.
The Cruel Summer singer wore an outfit worthy of the spotlight she dominates when attending matches, rocking a racy double denim ensemble including a midriff and short shorts.
Swift teamed her 2000s inspired look with knee-high brown boots, a glamorous blow wave and her signature red lip.
It’s certainly one of Swift’s more sultry outfits in recent memory, prompting an avalanche of praise from her diehard fanbase, with the words ‘The Taylor Swift’ landing a spot on X’s global trending list minutes after her arrival.
Popular sports blog Barstool Sports said it best, tweeting a video of Swift’s arrival with the caption, “Defending Super Bowl Champion Taylor Swift has arrived for the first game of the season.”
Swift’s attendance at the match also marks almost one year since the 14-time Grammy winner attended her first ever Chiefs game.
The megastar and Kelce, who began quietly dating in the July, debuted their romance in late September when Swift showed up in his family’s suite at Arrowhead.
