An iconic Queensland wedding venue appears to have a secret, with listing photographs suggesting it comes with a wedding crasher, and not of the Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn kind.
Listing photographs for Sunshine Coast wedding venue Secrets on the Lake show a serene, romantic property beside Lake Baroon at Montville.
Secrets on the Lake is stunning
An aerial photograph shows the lush gardens and various buildings on the 15ha of lakefront land, and then another showcases the lodge.
There is even a waterfall
And then bam! An image of terrified wedding guests fleeing what looks to be a giant, menacing Transformer Megatron emerging from the lake appears.

And then … Death may come sooner than you think.
RE/MAX Property Sales Caloundra and Nambour agent Nathan Beasley said the wedding crasher attended his own wedding 13 years ago.
“I actually met George when I had a Harvey Norman store and supplied him with everything for the venue,” he said.
“Our wedding was a Transformer theme. My Converse shoes were Transformers, the cake was Transformers.
“We got it photoshoppped but the whole wedding was Transformers themed.
“In the 80s they were my favourite thing and we like to be different and love Secrets on the Lake.”
It is that long relationship with the vendors that has landed Mr Beasley the listing.
And yes, he and wife Samantha are still together.
“People don’t like real estate agents but I try to find the fun in it,” he said.
“I hope to be able to make them laugh.”
Secrets on the Lake is for sale by expressions of interest.
It has 21 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, space for 30 cars and sits on 15ha.
Described as an “an opportunity that dreams are made of”, the listing says “is a land holding that is truly one of a kind”.
It has approximately 800m of lakefront and breathtaking views.
