Starbucks Welcomes 2026 With New Drinks: Caramel Protein, Dubai Chocolate & Pistachio Favorites

Starbucks is ringing in 2026 with a bold winter menu, blending wellness-driven beverages, viral-inspired flavors, and beloved seasonal favorites. The new lineup arrives at Starbucks coffeehouses across the U.S. from January 6, offering customers fresh ways to start the year.

Protein-Packed Caramel Beverages Join the Core Menu

Starbucks is expanding its year-round offerings with two new Caramel Protein drinks, available hot or iced and customizable with classic or sugar-free caramel syrup.

The Caramel Protein Matcha combines unsweetened matcha with protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup, delivering 28–31 grams of protein in a grande. Meanwhile, the Caramel Protein Latte features Starbucks Espresso Roast blended with protein-enhanced milk and caramel, offering 27–29 grams of protein per grande.

Dubai Chocolate Drinks Make a Limited-Time Debut

Inspired by luxury chocolate trends and Starbucks’ most viral drinks of 2025, the brand is introducing two indulgent Dubai Chocolate beverages for a limited time this winter.

The Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha blends vibrant matcha with pistachio sauce and milk, topped with chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha pairs espresso and chocolate mocha sauce over ice, finished with pistachio cream cold foam and the same signature topping.

Pistachio Flavor Returns — And Stays

One of Starbucks’ most-loved flavors is back — and this time, pistachio is here to stay beyond winter. Customers can now enjoy pistachio year-round in drinks or as a cold foam addition.

New and returning pistachio beverages include the Pistachio Cortado, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, Pistachio Latte (hot or iced), and the Pistachio Frappuccino®, with a crème version available for non-coffee drinkers.

New Food & Snack Additions

The winter menu also introduces Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites, featuring cage-free eggs cooked sous-vide for a rich, velvety texture. The festive Valentine Cake Pop makes its seasonal return as well.

For protein-focused snacking, Khloud Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Protein Popcorn is now available in individual-sized bags, offering 7 grams of protein per serving.

Starbucks is also adding two flavors of Ellenos Greek Yogurt:

No Added Sugar Muesli Yogurt, combining creamy yogurt with a crunchy muesli topper

Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt, topped with buttery cookie crumble for a dessert-inspired protein boost

With its 2026 winter menu, Starbucks continues to balance indulgence, innovation, and nutrition — giving customers more reasons to sip, savor, and celebrate the new year.
