The Welfare Benefits Board (WBB) has confirmed that the “Aswesuma” welfare payments for September were credited to beneficiary bank accounts on Thursday, September 12.
According to the Board, a total of 1,412,574 families are eligible for the allowance this month, with over Rs. 11.2 billion deposited into accounts.
Beneficiaries can now access the funds through their designated “Aswesuma” accounts starting today, ensuring continued support for families across the country.
