Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, is visiting Toronto for two days to meet with Canadian veterans and participate in events commemorating Remembrance Day.
Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, is set to meet some of Canada’s oldest veterans today as part of his two-day visit to Toronto in honour of Remembrance Day.
The Duke, who served in Afghanistan during his time with the British military, will visit veterans at Sunnybrook Hospital’s Veterans Centre — the largest facility of its kind in Canada. The centre provides care and support to more than 300 veterans from the Second World War and the Korean War.
According to a statement from his office, Prince Harry’s visit comes at the invitation of the True Patriot Love Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting Canadian military personnel, veterans, and their families.
Later this evening, he is expected to attend a special dinner hosted by the foundation before concluding his Toronto engagements.
This marks Prince Harry’s return to Canada following his previous visit in February, when he attended the closing ceremony of the 2025 Invictus Games in British Columbia — an event he founded to honour and empower wounded, injured, and sick service members through sport.
