Popular fashion retailer Primark is making its long-awaited debut in Dubai, with three major store openings planned for early 2026. Shoppers can expect stores in Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Mirdif City Centre, bringing the brand’s signature blend of affordability and style to the UAE.
Alshaya Group CEO John Hadden confirmed that prices will remain consistent with global standards—T-shirts starting at Dh15 and jeans at Dh50, echoing the budget-friendly appeal that Primark fans love.
Before that, Primark will open a store in Kuwait in October 2025, marking the brand’s broader Middle East expansion. The retailer, which currently operates in 17 countries, states its mission is to deliver affordable and sustainable fashion for all.
Dubai residents are already buzzing with excitement. “Prices that you wouldn’t even imagine,” said Lana Amini, a Dubai-based expat who has shopped at Primark in London. She hopes the local design will match the London experience, known for its neatly organized aisles and accessible layout.
UAE resident Yasmin H. recalls her last visit to Primark on Oxford Street in 2016. Despite the crowds, she praised the product quality and value. For the Dubai openings, she hopes the stores will provide the same affordability—minus the crowd chaos.
