President Alexander Stubb Receives Credentials of Six New Non-Resident Ambassadors

The formal presentation included the following distinguished Ambassadors:

H.E. Mr. Bounthavy Vilavong (Laos, accredited from Stockholm)

H.E. Mr. Fayiz Khouri (Jordan, accredited from Berlin)

H.E. Ms. Corinne Brunet (Benin, accredited from Paris)

H.E. Ms. Zenani Nosizwe Dlamini (South Africa, accredited from Stockholm)

H.E. Ms. Nana Rosine Aurélie Ivouba (Republic of the Congo, accredited from Stockholm)

A letter of credence, or ‘credentials’, is a formal document from the ambassador’s head of state, granting them the authority to represent their country in Finland. The ceremony highlights Finland’s diplomatic ties with diverse nations across the globe.
