The four-bedroom, one-bathroom property at 31 Charming Street in Hampton East, Victoria, is on the same street as the five homes from The Block’s 2023 season.

After listing with a price guide of $2.09 million, the renovated bungalow sold on December 10 for an undisclosed sum.

The home is on the books of Robin Parker, Kate Fowler and Simone Tindall of Marshall White Sandringham.

An architectural style that originated in Southern California in the early 1900s, Californian bungalows are typically made of brick with weatherboard and timber, have a gable roof and a covered front porch.

Winning apartment from the first-ever season changes hands

The winning apartment from the inaugural season sold on October 6 after listing with a price guide of $1.4 million. The sale sum is undisclosed.

In a boutique block of four at 1/67 Roscoe Street, the apartment in Sydney’s Bondi Beach was renovated by couple Adam Thorn and Fiona Mills on the 2003 season.

Their property was the last to be auctioned and sold for $751,000, earning them the highest profit of $156,000. They also took home the $100,000 prize money.

The garden-level apartment offers “relaxed coastal living at its best”, agents Sean Poche and Nate Chacon of PPD Real Estate said on the listing.

In a highly desirable location, the property is just a short stroll from the shores of hotspot Bondi Beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

Containing three bedrooms and one bathroom, the property at 310 Pinnacle Drive in Rasmussen was on the books of Craig Currie and Taylor Pearce of Ray White Kirwan.

Agents were seeking offers of more than $339,000.

Agent Pearce previously told Nine that Caro bought the property as her first home. After the couple got married, they moved in. They renovated the kitchen and made a few cosmetic updates.

2015 fan favourites Jess and Ayden achieve a sweet deal for their Queenslander build

Jess and Ayden have been flexing their muscles in the property world, achieving above price expectation with their latest sale.

The couple sold their four-bedroom, three-bathroom Queenslander home in Maudsland on the Gold Coast, a build that was completed three years ago and made possible with their $665,000 winnings from the 2015 season.

On the books of Nathan Simon of All Properties Group, the property at 9 Gene Kelly Court sold for $1.9 million on May 12, after listing with a price guide of $1.6 million-plus.

There was plenty of interest in the home, with 28 offers received in just four days and 100 people through the first open-house inspection.
