Former Open champions Shane Lowry and Francesco Molinari have been confirmed for the 2026 Dubai Invitational, adding major-winning pedigree to the tournament scheduled at Dubai Creek Resort from January 15 to 18.
The duo will join an elite field that includes defending champion Tommy Fleetwood, five-time Major winner Rory McIlroy, and DP World Tour title holders Ryan Fox and Rasmus Neergaard-Peterson, strengthening the line-up for the second edition of the event.
Lowry arrives in Dubai seeking his seventh DP World Tour victory and brings strong UAE form, highlighted by his 2019 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship win. Molinari, meanwhile, returns to Dubai Creek Resort after finishing fifth at the inaugural edition in 2024, adding to a career that includes nine professional victories and The Open Championship title in 2018.
The Dubai Invitational opens the Race to Dubai’s International Swing and will be played alongside a Pro-Am format, featuring 60 DP World Tour professionals and 60 amateurs. General admission to the tournament will be free for spectators.
