As an experienced commercial lawyer and the Chair of Gymnastics Victoria, Molina’s influence extends across various domains, making her a pivotal figure in both countries’ professional and cultural landscapes.

A Distinguished Legal Career

Molina’s legal journey is marked by her practice at top-tier Australian law firms, the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, and the Supreme Court of India. Her impressive credentials include being the first South Asian woman elected as President-Elect of the Law Institute of Victoria, where she continues to serve on its board. Additionally, Molina is the National President of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and serves on several other boards, such as AMES Australia, Graduate House of the University of Melbourne, and Good Shepherd ANZ. Her dedication to the legal profession has earned her multiple accolades, including the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence twice.

Championing Sports and Multiculturalism

Beyond her legal prowess, Molina is deeply committed to sports and multiculturalism. As the Chair of Gymnastics Victoria and a board member of AFL South East Commission and Table Tennis Victoria, she plays a crucial role in promoting sports across Victoria. She founded the NFP Multicultural Women in Sport, showcasing her commitment to diversity and inclusion. Molina’s involvement with the Australian Sports Commission Sport Volunteer Coalition and her roles in the Football Federation of Victoria Tribunal and the Victorian Amateur Football Association Tribunal further highlight her dedication to sports governance.

Molina’s role in the Australia India Business Council (AIBC) underscores her dedication to enhancing bilateral trade and investment between Australia and India.
