Led by Megan Scholey, these sessions offer a sanctuary away from the chaos of the world. Taking place in the serene Garden Studio at Gasworks Arts Park in Albert Park, VIC, Australia, you’ll find yourself surrounded by nature as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

The sessions, held on select dates including Monday, April 1st, April 15th, and April 29th, offer two unique experiences to cater to your specific needs. At 6:00 PM, the RESET class invites you to slow down and embrace the present moment through low, slow, and deep breathing techniques. This 45-minute session aims to reset your nervous system and induce deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

For those seeking a more invigorating experience, the 7:00 PM ACTIVATE class is designed to energize and uplift. Through fast and intentional breathing, you’ll release any stagnant energy or emotions stored within the body, fostering mindfulness and clarity of mind.

To ensure your comfort during the sessions, please bring along a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and consider bringing pillows or blankets for extra coziness. Most importantly, bring an open mind and heart, ready to embrace the transformative power of breathwork.

In preparation for the session, it’s recommended to avoid food and caffeine for at least 60 minutes beforehand to optimize your experience. Additionally, please fill out the breathwork waiver provided here before participating.
