Former US Vice President Kamala Harris will return to Australia in February 2026 to headline the Women UNLIMITED Leadership Summit, the country’s largest women-in-leadership conference.
Harris, who ended her presidential campaign more than a year ago but remains a leading contender for the 2028 Democratic nomination, will appear in-person in Sydney and Canberra from February 18–20, 2026. She will take part in a fireside chat with ABC journalist and author Leigh Sales, while audiences in other Australian cities will join via livestream.
The conference, which draws leaders from government, business, education, and the not-for-profit sector, is designed to empower women with tools, networks, and strategies to advance into leadership roles.
Event organisers said Harris’ presence underscores the growing influence of the summit.
“Bringing Vice President Kamala Harris to the Women UNLIMITED stage reflects the calibre of conversations Australian women deserve access to,” said Hatchery production head Ellen Foxall.
The 2025 edition featured Hillary Clinton as its keynote guest, and the 2026 theme, “Redefining Possibilities,” will encourage attendees to rethink leadership boundaries and embrace bold, proactive change.
Harris last visited Australia in May 2025 to speak at the Australian Real Estate Conference.
