National Freedom Front leader Wimal Weerawansa, together with representatives of several civil organizations, launched a satyagraha campaign today.
It is reported that the satyagraha has been launched demanding the withdrawal of the new education reforms and calling on Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya to resign from her post as Minister of Education.
The protest is being held in front of the Isurupaya Ministry of Education.
