Pawar’s journey began in Sydney, where he and his family migrated from Punjab, India in 1999. His parents, who took on blue-collar jobs in Australia, aimed to provide a brighter future for their children. Their sacrifices were not in vain, as Pawar excelled academically and professionally, studying commerce, finance, and accounting at Macquarie University. His career path has included roles at PwC, Accenture, Macquarie Group, and QBE before joining AUB Group over five years ago.
