A fire broke out early Sunday morning in a residential building in Dubai Marina, one of the city’s most densely populated and high-rise-filled districts. According to the Dubai Media Office, Civil Defence teams responded swiftly to control the blaze and began evacuating residents as a precautionary measure.
Specialised emergency crews worked through the morning to contain the flames and ensure no one was harmed. Nearby buildings were also evacuated, and the public has been urged to stay away from the affected area while operations continue.
Authorities have not yet released the cause of the fire or reported any injuries, but the swift action of Dubai’s emergency services has been praised.
