The airline advised the public not to click on suspicious links and not to share sensitive personal information such as National Identity Card (NIC) numbers, passport details, one-time passwords (OTPs), or credit and debit card information.
Customers have been urged to verify any promotional offers or communications only through official SriLankan Airlines channels, including the airline’s official website, mobile applications, hotline, and verified social media accounts.
