Elif Yazoglu has been appointed as the new General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences, bringing more than two decades of global hospitality experience and a strong people-focused leadership approach to the property.
Elif Yazoglu has taken over as General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences, a 458-key mixed-use property located in Bur Dubai’s M Square development near BurJuman. The property is owned by the AW Rostamani Group and is managed by Hilton.
With over 24 years of experience within the Hilton group, Yazoglu brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, team development, and strategic leadership. She previously served as General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach, where she was recognised for maintaining strong operational performance and fostering a people-first workplace culture.
Since assuming her new role, Yazoglu has been working closely with the hotel’s leadership team to ensure continuity and sustainable growth. She is known for her hands-on management style and her commitment to understanding hotel operations in detail, supporting staff, and enhancing guest experiences.
Beyond operational leadership, Yazoglu is actively engaged in community initiatives and Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose” sustainability strategy. Her approach integrates environmental responsibility and long-term asset care into everyday operational decisions.
In 2025, Yazoglu was recognised by industry networking platform Hozpitality as one of the Middle East’s Best 30 General Managers and Best 30 Women Leaders, highlighting her influence and achievements in the hospitality sector.
