Dubai Shopping Festival Enters Final Week with Free Fireworks, Drone Shows and Live Concerts

Dubai’s most iconic annual celebration, the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), is wrapping up its spectacular 31st edition with a final week packed with free fireworks, dazzling drone shows, live concerts, and massive shopping deals.

The festival, which began on December 5, will conclude on Sunday, January 11, offering residents and visitors one last chance to experience a month-long celebration of entertainment, retail, and culture across the city.

Fireworks and Drone Shows Light Up the Sky

Fireworks have become a signature feature of DSF, and this year is no exception. Spectacular fireworks displays are held daily at 8.30 p.m. at Dubai Festival City Mall, drawing large crowds each evening.

Adding to the magic are free nightly drone shows at Bluewaters, featuring more than 1,000 LED drones. These breathtaking performances take place twice nightly at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., combining cutting-edge visuals with synchronized storytelling.

At JBR, the special show titled Celebration continues until the end of the festival, accompanied by a Dubai-inspired soundtrack composed by legendary musician Hans Zimmer, blending drone technology with pyro effects.

Free Concerts and Live Performances

Music lovers have been treated to a series of free live concerts at Dubai Festival City Mall, timed alongside the nightly fireworks.

International K-pop sensations Chung Ha and Onew were among the standout performers earlier in the season. Closing out the festival on Saturday, January 10, Saudi star Dalia Mubarak will take the stage at Festival Bay as part of e& DSF Nights: Volume 2, promising powerful vocals and memorable performances.

Unmissable Shopping Deals and Rewards

Shopping remains at the heart of DSF, with more than 800 brands across 3,500 outlets offering unbeatable discounts throughout the five-week festival.

From global fashion labels to electronics and lifestyle brands, shoppers can enjoy major savings, along with chances to win big through raffles and prize draws held across the city.

Events and Experiences Across Dubai

Beyond shopping and concerts, DSF has brought a wide range of experiences to Dubai. Highlights include candlelight concerts set against the scenic Hatta mountains, featuring music from classical composers like Vivaldi to modern artists such as Coldplay.

Popular events like Sole DXB returned in mid-December with international headliners and retail pop-ups, while e& MOTB continues until January 11, offering 27 new food concepts and a dedicated beauty zone by MAC Cosmetics.

As DSF enters its final days, Dubai continues to shine as a global hub for entertainment, shopping, and celebration.
