Dubai Rises as a Global Hotspot for the Ultra-Wealthy

Dubai’s reputation as a global magnet for the ultra-wealthy continues to grow, with its population of centi-millionaires—those possessing at least $100 million in liquid investable wealth—set to more than double by 2035.

According to the 2025 World’s Wealthiest Cities Report by Henley & Partners and New World Wealth, Dubai has climbed to 18th place globally, boasting an impressive count of 81,200 millionaires, 237 centi-millionaires, and 20 billionaires. Its 102% surge in millionaire numbers over the past decade surpasses growth rates of other major cities, including the Bay Area’s 98%, solidifying Dubai’s standing as a premier hub for global wealth.
