Initiatives unveiled include the “Food Safety Storytellers – Creators” programme to train professionals and content creators, the “AI Food Intelligence Guide” for predictive food safety solutions, and “DM Checked”, a digital platform for inspection and nutrition monitoring.
During the opening day, winners of the second DM Food Elite Programme were recognised for excellence in safety, nutrition, sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation across independent restaurants, hotel restaurants, and quick-service/cafeteria establishments.
Dubai Municipality and FAO reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening global food safety systems, advancing technology-driven monitoring, and fostering collaboration to build resilient, sustainable food ecosystems in line with global Sustainable Development Goals.
