Dive Into Diversity: Exploring Indian Culture at City of Ryde’s Free Talk Program

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM AEST, the City of Ryde is opening its doors to a captivating journey through Indian culture at the West Ryde Community Hall (5 Anthony Road #3, West Ryde, NSW 2114, Australia). This event is part of the city’s ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within its community.

This monthly Diversity and Inclusion Talk Program promises attendees an enriching experience as they delve into the vibrant tapestry of Indian traditions, guided by the esteemed guest speaker, Sneha Subramaniam. Participants will have the opportunity to indulge in free music, tea, and snacks while immersing themselves in the beauty and intricacies of Indian heritage.

One of the hallmarks of this program is its ability to bring together individuals from various backgrounds. With 28% of attendees being repeat customers, it’s evident that these gatherings serve as not just educational opportunities but also as platforms for building lasting connections within the community.

In addition to the cultural exploration, attendees will have the chance to network with fellow community members and engage in insightful conversations with the Council’s Community Development Team staff. This event isn’t just about learning; it’s about fostering meaningful connections and understanding.

Limited space is available, so RSVP is required to secure your spot. For those driving in, convenient parking is available at West Ryde Plaza.

This event wouldn’t be possible without the collaborative efforts of the Community Builders Team at Relationships Australia NSW, highlighting the power of partnerships in promoting social cohesion and understanding.

For inquiries or to RSVP, please contact the Community Development Team via email at community@ryde.nsw.gov.au or call 9952 8222.

Don’t miss this opportunity to embark on a cultural journey that celebrates diversity and fosters inclusivity within the City of Ryde.
