Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai has officially appointed Samer Saleh as its new General Manager, following his six-month tenure as acting GM. Saleh, with over 26 years of experience in hospitality, has been part of the resort’s leadership team since its pre-opening phase in 2021.
In his new role, Saleh will oversee operations across more than 600 guest rooms, multiple dining venues, the spa, and the family-focused water park and recreation facilities. During his acting GM tenure, the resort strengthened its reputation as a high-occupancy, family-oriented beachfront destination while expanding revenue streams in food and beverage, spa, and leisure offerings.
Saleh is recognized for promoting team development and internal progression. He introduced the “Champion” initiative, empowering staff with ownership of key guest journey touchpoints and commercial projects. Moving forward, he plans to enhance family experiences in accommodation, dining, wellness, and recreation, while integrating seasonal programming and sustainable practices.
The GM also aims to incorporate AI and smart technologies to optimize demand forecasting, pricing, and personalized guest services, enabling teams to focus more on guest care.
