Sessions focused on enhancing partnerships between governments and the private sector to accelerate AI adoption across industries, while ensuring equitable access to emerging technologies. Leaders emphasized the importance of collaboration between developed economies and emerging markets to bridge technology gaps and foster balanced development.
The Leaders Plenary highlighted opportunities to integrate AI-driven innovation across multiple sectors and underlined the role of public-private cooperation in building resilient innovation ecosystems to support long-term economic growth.
On the sidelines, the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence convened a meeting with representatives from 58 countries to review progress on international AI cooperation initiatives. Delegates endorsed a joint statement outlining a roadmap to strengthen global AI governance, promote responsible AI research, and enhance collaborative policy frameworks.
