Sky to Offer Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, and Hayu Together in One Subscription
Sky has unveiled plans to combine multiple major streaming platforms into a single subscription, a move the broadcaster describes as a “world first.”
Under the new arrangement, viewers will be able to access Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and HBO Max alongside Sky’s original programming and exclusives through the Ultimate TV package, starting at £24 per month.
HBO Max, arriving in the UK and Ireland in March, will feature the highly anticipated Harry Potter series and become the new streaming home for Friends. It will also bring the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning medical drama The Pitt to the region for the first time.
Hayu, marketed as “the home of reality TV,” will offer back catalogues of The Real Housewives franchises as well as British favorites like Made In Chelsea and The Only Way Is Essex. Disney+ will continue to showcase major franchises including Marvel and Star Wars, while Netflix will include popular series such as Stranger Things, Black Mirror, and Adolescence.
Sky originals like Brassic and A League Of Their Own will also remain available, alongside the UK premiere of Saturday Night Live in March.
The service will officially launch in March, with Hayu joining in July. Existing Sky Q, Sky Stream, and Sky Glass subscribers will automatically receive access to the new lineup, ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
New customers can subscribe to Sky Ultimate TV to access Sky plus HBO Max Basic (with ads), Disney+ Standard (with ads), Hayu, and Netflix Standard (with ads) from £24 per month.
