Kangaroo Route Flight Arrives at BIA with 142 Onboard

Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) marked a special moment yesterday with the arrival of the renowned Kangaroo Route Captain’s Choice flight operated by Qantas Airways, which landed with 142 passengers on board.

Airport authorities ensured a smooth and welcoming arrival, with travelers guided through the BIA Silk Route Arrival Facility for a swift and comfortable transition from the aircraft to the terminal exit.

The Silk Route service is BIA’s premium fast-track offering, providing expedited immigration and customs clearance along with dedicated, personalized assistance to enhance the overall arrival experience.

Sri Lanka Airports has invited passengers seeking added comfort and efficiency to pre-book the Silk Route Fast Track service via the official airport website, allowing for a more seamless journey through the airport.
