Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) confirmed that all airports in the country remain fully operational, with no disruptions to scheduled flights despite recent severe weather conditions.
According to AASL, Sri Lanka recorded 84 flight arrivals and 87 departures yesterday across its airports, reflecting smooth, uninterrupted operations. Importantly, officials reported no cancellations or weather-related diversions, highlighting the system’s resilience amid challenging conditions.
AASL further reassured passengers that airport operations remain stable nationwide. All essential measures have been implemented to ensure seamless service for both travellers and airlines, even as the country continues to experience adverse weather.
