World’s Tallest Hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina, to Open on November 15 — Rooms from Dh1,310

Dubai is set to redefine skyline luxury once again with the grand opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, the world’s tallest hotel standing at 377 metres. Opening on November 15, this architectural marvel will offer record-breaking experiences and panoramic views across the city’s glittering landmarks.

Dubai’s reputation for world-class architecture and hospitality reaches new heights with the opening of Ciel Dubai Marina on November 15, 2025. Soaring 377 metres into the sky, the 82-storey hotel officially becomes the tallest hotel in the world, surpassing Dubai’s own Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Developed by The First Group and operated under the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Vignette Collection, Ciel Dubai Marina represents a fusion of bold design and modern luxury. The hotel features 1,004 rooms and suites, each offering sweeping views of the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina skyline. Room rates begin at Dh1,310 per night, with premium suites priced up to Dh2,400.

Designed by award-winning architectural firm NORR, the glass-clad skyscraper is built around a dramatic central atrium that fills the interiors with natural light. Guests can experience 360-degree views of iconic landmarks such as Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai from the hotel’s rooftop observation deck.

Ciel will also make history with two new Guinness World Records — for the world’s highest infinity pool and highest club. The Tattu Sky Pool on the 76th floor rises 294 metres above ground, while the Tattu Sky Lounge on the 81st floor takes nightlife to record-breaking heights.

The property’s dining portfolio reflects Dubai’s cosmopolitan spirit, with signature restaurants including:

Tattu Dubai, a contemporary Asian restaurant spread across three upper floors

Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, offering locally inspired all-day menus

West 13, a Mediterranean restaurant known for handmade pasta and open-kitchen dining

East 14, an international buffet featuring live sushi, ramen, and curry stations

The launch comes as Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a global tourism leader, welcoming over 17 million visitors in 2024. The opening of Ciel Dubai Marina reinforces the city’s commitment to innovation, luxury, and large-scale hospitality investment.

Bookings are already open, and strong international demand is expected as the emirate prepares for the winter travel season.
