Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating his 75th birthday today (September 17). Born in 1950 in Vadnagar, a small town in North Gujarat’s Mehsana district, PM Modi marked the milestone with the launch of a new health initiative.
During his visit to Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi inaugurated the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ campaign, aimed at empowering families through better healthcare for women. He inspected camps organized under the initiative and was greeted with traditional handicrafts and cultural gifts by locals.
On this occasion, PM Modi received greetings from world leaders, including Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Bhutan’s PM Tshering Tobgay, and former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
Bollywood also joined in the celebrations, with stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Alia Bhatt sending warm wishes. Shah Rukh Khan wished him “good health and happiness,” Aamir Khan extended “warm wishes,” and Alia Bhatt praised his leadership, hoping it would continue to shape the future of the nation.
