The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) officially launched its 46th National Conference of Chartered Accountants under the inspiring theme ‘UPRISE – Global Insight >> Local Impact’, calling on finance professionals to lead Sri Lanka’s post-crisis transformation with vision, courage, and purpose.
The flagship event, set to take place from October 8–10, 2025, at the Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura, aims to empower Chartered Accountants as key change-makers in the nation’s economic and institutional revival.

Speaking at a press conference on August 1, CA Sri Lanka President Heshana Kuruppu stated that Sri Lanka stands at a historic crossroad.
“Adversity often creates the greatest opportunities for transformation. Our future demands not just optimism but decisive, strategic action, led by professionals who are ready to rise.”
He emphasized the crucial role of Chartered Accountants in leading systemic reform and building a resilient, future-focused Sri Lanka.

The National Conference—dubbed the country’s largest annual business summit—is expected to draw 2,500+ delegates from Sri Lanka and around the world. The three-day event will feature:
