Sri Lanka Tourism wins 3 awards at Seoul International Travel Fair

Sri Lanka received three major honors at the 40th Seoul International Travel Fair (SITF 2025), held in Seoul, strengthening its position as a cultural and tourism destination for Korean travelers.

The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) won the Best Booth PR Award for media and public engagement, the Best Booth Design Award for its showcase of traditional art and architecture, and the Best Performance Award for live cultural presentations.

The booth featured displays such as Embekke wood carvings, known for their intricate craftsmanship, and traditional dance performances.

Organized by Korea World Travel Fair (KOTFA), SITF is one of Asia’s leading travel exhibitions. (Newswire)
