10-Hour Water Cut Announced for Gampaha District on Wednesday

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced a 10-hour water interruption scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, due to essential maintenance work at the Biyagama Water Treatment Plant.

📅 Time: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

📍 Affected Areas:

Municipal limits of: Peliyagoda, Wattala, Ja-Ela, and Seeduwa

Pradeshiya Sabha areas of: Kelaniya, Wattala, Biyagama, Mahara, Dompe, Ja-Ela, Katana, Minuwangoda, and Gampaha

Residents in the affected areas are advised to store sufficient water in advance and use water sparingly during the interruption.
