True to its roots, the Melbourne outpost remains committed to its signature no-freezer policy, ensuring each dish is made from the freshest ingredients available. Diners can indulge in the restaurant’s legendary preparations featuring wild-caught Australian mud crab sourced directly from the Northern Territory, alongside a selection of premium local seafood such as leader prawns, oysters, and clams.
