Pinky Singh: LNP Candidate for Mansfield – A Fresh Start for a Thriving Community

Pinky Singh, the Liberal National Party (LNP) candidate for Mansfield, embodies the story of hard work, dedication, and community service. Migrating from India to Australia in 1998 at the age of 20, Pinky has made Brisbane’s Southside her home for over two decades. With her husband, she has built a successful life, raising their three children and running multiple small businesses, contributing to the local economy and community spirit.

Her personal journey has shaped her deep commitment to giving back to the community. Throughout the years, Pinky has remained actively involved in various community organisations, believing that it is her responsibility to contribute to the place that has provided her family with so many opportunities. Her extensive volunteer work was recognised in 2022 when she was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for her outstanding contributions to the community.

Now, Pinky is turning her focus toward public service, running as the LNP candidate for Mansfield in Queensland’s upcoming election. She is driven by a desire to address the pressing issues facing her community, particularly the growing crime rate, which she describes as a “terrifying feature of daily life.” Pinky is also deeply concerned about the skyrocketing cost of living, with rising rents, power bills, and grocery prices placing immense pressure on local families. She also stresses the challenges many young people face in achieving homeownership, a dream she believes should be within reach for all Queenslanders.

In her campaign, Pinky highlights that only the LNP has the right priorities and a clear plan to secure a better future for Queensland. Her platform is built on four key pillars:

  1. Safety where you live: Ensuring that communities feel safe and secure by tackling crime effectively.
  2. Health services when you need them: Improving access to timely and quality healthcare for all residents.
  3. Respect for your money: Ensuring that taxpayers’ money is managed wisely and efficiently.
  4. A place to call home: Addressing housing affordability and ensuring that more Queenslanders have the opportunity to own their homes.

Pinky is confident that the people of Mansfield deserve better than what has been offered by the Palaszczuk/Miles Labor Government. She is running to bring positive change and fight for the needs of her community in the Queensland Parliament.

Over the next few months, Pinky is committed to connecting with as many residents as possible to better understand their concerns and needs. She promises to be a strong voice for the people of Mansfield, offering fresh leadership and a clear vision for the future.

“For a fresh start, vote [1] Pinky Singh, LNP,” she says.
