Enforcement Directorate Seizes Unaccounted Cash Linked to Jharkhand Minister’s Secretary

The Enforcement Directorate’s recent discovery of large amounts of “unaccounted” cash linked to a Jharkhand minister’s secretary has raised eyebrows, shedding light on alleged financial irregularities.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has made startling revelations following searches at the premises of a domestic help allegedly connected to the secretary of a Jharkhand minister. Official sources disclosed that a substantial amount of “unaccounted” cash was uncovered during the operation, painting a picture of potential financial impropriety.

Videos and photos shared by the sources depict ED officials extracting stacks of currency notes from large bags in a room, accompanied by central force security personnel. The premises in question are purportedly linked to the domestic help of Jharkhand Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam’s personal secretary, Sanjiv Lal.

According to ED sources, the cash is currently being meticulously counted to determine its exact amount, estimated to range between Rs 20-30 crore. The bulk of the cash is reportedly in Rs 500 denomination, alongside the recovery of some jewellery.

The discovery of such a significant sum of “unaccounted” cash has raised concerns and triggered speculation about potential financial irregularities and corruption within the political sphere. The revelation comes as a reminder of the importance of transparency and accountability in governance.

As investigations unfold, the public awaits further updates on the matter, eager for clarity and accountability in matters of financial integrity within the political realm.
