An urgent search is under way for at least two men after two boats collided off the Queensland coast.
The boats collided on Broadwater at Southport, on the Gold Coast, in the early hours of the morning.
Emergency services were contacted by a member of the public about 5.20am local time after seeing an unmanned boat at Runaway Bay.
It’s believed two men have fallen into the water.
Meanwhile, one man who was on-board one of the boats swam across to South Stradbroke Island and another swam to Paradise Point.
Both men were assessed for cold exposure as well as injuries to their legs and arms.
Water Police are searching for the remaining men.
